Sales Agent (Work From Home) Job Opportunity

Core Functions:
• Consistently meet KPI targets
• Execute transactions with an excellent telephone demeanor, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Work cooperatively on a team.
• Adhere to all company guidelines regarding the delivery of service to customers.
• At least 6 months sales experience
• Flexibility to work between 8am -5pm, including weekends where necessary.

 

Requirements:
Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Team player
Quiet environment- free of distractions and background noise
Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
Scheduling flexibility – Able to work a 9 hr shift, that includes weekends and public
holidays (the latest shift ends at 11pm)
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Messenger and Linkedin).
Must own a fully functional laptop (Windows 10, RAM 8.0GB or more, 32 bit Operating System)
Noise cancelling headset
High-speed, reliable internet connection
Ability to type 40-45 wpm (data entry experience a plus)
Keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
Very Fast learner, able to retain a vast amount of information well
Works well on own and under pressure
Able to think outside of the box and on your feet
Able to adapt to changes well
Very detailed oriented
