The Online Food Handler Program is self-paced and narrated. Most people complete the course in 1-2 hours. Once you register and pay for your Program, you will have 30 days to complete it. There is a 40 question assessment to test your knowledge of the subject material. You must score at least 70% on the assessment to receive your Certificate of of Completion. This ensures that the material is being absorbed.
