Our Mission

Through specialized training of food industry personnel and education of the consumer, we will reduce the incidence of food poisoning and food borne diseases in the Caribbean region. Many government agencies along with the food industry share the tasks of protecting the health of travellers and assuring the region's indigenous people also have an adequate and safe food supply. We can help you with Auditing / Inspection / GMP and provide technical training for your team. We are registered to deliver through partnership on FSSC22000:2005; RSPH and CIEH accredited range of courses and have over 25 years of experience in this field.


Our primary mission remains “to reduce the incidence of food borne diseases in the Caribbean”. 

We offer customised training packages for institutions and individuals as well as online courses. FHB offers a wide range of international accredited courses and brings it to you with full accreditation from our overseas partners.

There is no need to leave the Caribbean to get an internationally recognised certification.

We can ensure you and your team are educated into global standards in Food Safety management systems, food hygiene and good manufacturing practices as well as in understanding and implementation of your HACCP Plan. Our advance level courses in HACCP will help them to be confident and competent internal auditors of your systems.
